Ha ha, Ruby's Imaginary Friend blends in with her cot. He's called Cuttlefish, if anyone was interested.
Genevieve: The sink broke.
I see that. You changed into your swimwear to fix it, good thinking!
Genevieve: Yeah, I know. I'm awesome, bro.
Poetic, too.

We desperately need a second cot at home before the kids age up, but Gen goes for the giraffe painting instead.
Really, Jon-Pierre? Really? Right next to the sofa? >.< -5
The attempt to steal the cot, take two!
Genevieve: *whistles innocently*
Yes!
Just in time, too. We throw a birthday party for the twins the next night, because Gen rolled a wish for it. Unfortunately the party was a failure - no one wished for cake, so the twins didn't age up until a couple of hours after all the guests left.
Stray Dog: *snore* Lawn living, that's the life.
So when Gen rolled a wish to buy something worth more than $250, I bought a dollhouse for the girls. Literally three seconds later I regretted it. I should have bought a bed! *facepalm* But then I saw them playing with it so cutely and I was happy :D
Introduction time! This is Ruby. She got Genevieve's red hair and green eyes.
Ruby: I has foots.
Ruby: I has foots.
Amber got blond hair - which is from Jon-Pierre's mother, who is still living happily in the save file he was born in - and blue eyes from Jon-Pierre. She also got Gen's freckled skintone, which is adorable on toddlers.
Toddler skilling is important, so that they can start stealing things when they're children.
And then Genevieve stole a dollhouse. *sigh* I should have bought a bed! *facepalm*
Amber's the first one to start on her walking.
Jon-Pierre: Come to Daddy if you want to be a master thief!
Amber: Wheeeeee!
Jon-Pierre: Come to Daddy if you want to be a master thief!
Amber: Wheeeeee!
More toddler skilling ensues.
Paparazzi: Man, this is a big scoop! It's gonna make page 7 for sure!
Wait, what?
Wait, what?
Ah. Genevieve Vamoosh sleeping in her sunnies. I can see how you mundane NPCs could find it amazing. Pfft.
Gen decided napping wasn't good enough, so I sent her to crash at the Alto place. Her energy bar was full for the first time since she was spawned!
She also got sent a telescope just for being a celebrity, hooray! She uses it to spy on the neighbours so she can know what stuff to steal.
Telescope: I'm watching yoooooooooou.
Telescope: I'm watching yoooooooooou.
Amber's playing with her Imaginary Friend (Smirky) in a puddle of potty overflow. This legacy has no class.
Genevieve: Just gonna steal this decorative shelf of trophies...
Yes, because it's not like there's a guitar, an easel, a treadmill and a chess table in the room. -.-
Yes, because it's not like there's a guitar, an easel, a treadmill and a chess table in the room. -.-
I found it completely adorable when Ruby got up and walked five steps to sit down next to her sister so that they could sing to their IFs together. Why no toddler to toddler interaction, EA? Fail.
I see you tip over our garbage can, racoon, and I want you to know that my sims and I live in Australia. YOU SHOULDN'T BE HERE. Give me kangaroos instead please. -.-
Ruby: I love my big girl potty. *pat pat*
It's Jon-Pierre's birthday.
Jon-Pierre: That floating hair is freaky! Yay!
...weirdo.
Jon-Pierre: That floating hair is freaky! Yay!
...weirdo.
Unsuitably Dressed Policewoman: Ahahaha you're growing up *snort*
Random Labour Lady: Stop that birthday party and heeeeeeeeeeeeeeelp meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!
Jon-Pierre: I think it's time to go home.
I agree.
I agree.
Meanwhile, back at the lawn...
Genevieve: *snore*
Genevieve: *snore*
-_- ... -5
OMG, AGAIN, Jon-Pierre? -5
Looky, Genevieve got sent some decorative fire tongs just for being a celebrity! That's...handy...
You see this blurry mosiac of black, pink and red? That means that there's another baby on the way! (I know, tricky symbolism to follow.)
Ooh, look, the house next door is on fire! Wicked. :D
The twins are aging up!
Amber: Wheeee, watch me sparkle!
I decided to wait until the next morning to give you pictures, since the Vamoosh family lives outdoors and has to rely on natural light...

So in the meantime I'll give you this picture of Gen!
Genevieve: I've got that funny feeling again...
Genevieve: I've got that funny feeling again...
Here's Amber! I got to choose Kleptomaniac as a trait for both girls because they learnt all their toddler skills. :D I'm amazed I managed that, actually.
And... hang on, let's wait for Ruby to stop pulling faces.
Okay, seriously, this kid does nothing but pull faces!
Ha! Got her! Both girls are adorable. :D
Ruby: I am not amused.
And so they head off for their first day of school. Aren't they cute! They have matching outfits in different colours!
...yes, I am easily impressed.
...yes, I am easily impressed.
Ruby promptly wins the award for best Klepto by stealing this fluffy duck from school autonomously.
This picture makes me sad. I should have bought a bed! *facepalm* And the worst part is that when the twins aged up, Jon-Pierre actually rolled a wish for a bunk bed and I locked it in and bought one - and then my game crashed, I'd forgotten to save, and he never rolled that wish again! *headdesk*
Look, Cuttlefish grew up! Smirky did too, but I don't have pictures of him.
We head pver to the Alto household (actually I think someone else bought it) and Amber steals her first stuff! She goes for the treadmill right away, which makes me proud of her. Go right to the big leagues! Unfortunately we don't really need two treadmills... oh well!
Right after this she rolled the LTW of becoming a Master Thief. The adrenaline rush must have gotten to her.

Unfortunately she then proceeded to fail that afternoon on her field trip to the graveyard. *sigh* -5
Ruby came and passed out too, although I didn't get a picture of it. -5 again.

Time for new babies!
It's twin girls again! Huh. Weird. Although I did give Jon-Pierre fertility treatment after Ruby and Amber were born because my game was stubbornly refusing to give me a lullaby, it's still a bit odd. Oh well! This baby here is Splash Vamoosh. She's Athletic and Easily Impressed (I did get the option to choose traits, but since apparantly babies can't be Kleptos I randomised them) her favourite colour is Purple, favourite food is Mac and Cheese and favourite music is Classical.
And this is Splatter Vamoosh! (Are you liking my Artistic/Childish/Insane naming theme?) She's a Clumsy Virtuoso, her favourite colour is Irish Green (like Ruby!) favourite food is Lobster Thermidor and favourite music is Songwriter, whatever that means.
Smirky guards Amber in her sleep. :D
Then Ruby rolls a wish to return the stolen duck toy, and I have to fulfil it, so... -5
It's Genevieve's birthday! She parties more enthusiastically than any other sim I've ever had. She also ages up into a midlife crisis... actually, I haven't had a single sim without a midlife crisis since I bought Generations. Fail.
Meanwhile, Jon-Pierre was doing this. -5
And then Genevieve went and failed RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE NEIGHBOUR'S TOILET. -5 again. My legacy is never going to be in positive points, I swear.
And -5
Ruby failed again by wishing to return something else she stole autonomously - Good + Kleptomaniac apparantly = -5.
It's time for birthdays! This is Splash, who inherited Jon-Pierre's black hair and blue eyes.
And Splatter got black hair, Gen's green eyes and the freckled skintone - also from Gen.
I like this picture because it shows how their outfits are just opposites of each other. xD

The older twins grew up too. Here's Ruby...
And Amber. I guarantee there will be better pictures of them later on.
Splash: I'm trapped... in a cage...
She looks very poetic there. And hauntingly beautiful.

Ruby: I'm taking a picture of you taking a picture of me taking a picture of you taking a picture of me...
It's pictureception!
It's pictureception!
Here's a better picture of her. I'm assuming those are Jon-Pierre's lips, since they're definetely not Gen's. His features look kind of... weird... on girls. I hate it when the game does that.
I don't know who this weird girl is, but she fits right into the family!
AND THEN A HORRIBLE THING HAPPENED. D: It was all because of Cuttlefish. As he started to age up, weird glitches happened to Ruby, and then I couldn't switch off her! I clicked on the portraits of the others, and I could tell them what to do, but it only displayed Ruby's need panel and wishes and moodlets - it was really weird. So I exited to Main Menu, and when I started the save file back up again EVERYONE'S WISHES AND OPPORTUNITIES HAD DISAPPEARED. NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO D: And they all had new, weird, unrelated wishes.

But then both Jon-Pierre and Genevieve rolled a wish to buy a bed! SCORE! FINALLY! I went for a bunk bed, because that way I can have two people sleeping at once without them complaining about being next to each other.
So, even though it was a terrible glitch which makes me feel like a cheater D: it actually ended up doing something good for my game situation. So yay for Imaginary Friend fail! (This is the second major glitch they've caused in my game. I'm really starting to hate them.)
I just realised that this chapter had dragged on for hours. Abrupt end! See you all next time!
